We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the West of Scotland Cancer Network at Gartnavel Royal Hospital. This role involves supporting clinical teams and leading improvements in cancer care across the region.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage and support service improvement initiatives within the Managed Clinical Networks (MCNs) and regional workstreams for cancer. Responsibilities include service planning, redesign, guideline development, clinical audits, and project management. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with senior management, clinical leads, and other stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives and cross-cutting projects.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree-level education
* Project management and service improvement experience
* At least 3 years in a management or senior clinical role within NHS or equivalent
* Ability to lead teams and deliver change
* Knowledge of cancer care is highly desirable
* Ability to work flexibly across diverse organizations
Additional Information
