Delivery Solutions (DELSOL) Ltd – proud winners of West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2025 – are growing, and we’re looking for an experienced credit controller /accounts administrator.
Primary Duties
* Ensuring that credit control is managed effectively by contacting customers by both telephone and email
* Processing bank receipts daily
* Completing the bank reconciliation and sales ledger reconciliations daily
* Issuing monthly statements, resending invoices when requested
* Offering and onboarding customers on to direct debit
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as internal departments
* Monthly debtor meetings reporting to upper management any potential issues
* Supporting the wider finance team as and when required
Hour of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
Experience
* Experience in an accounts receivable position
* Experience with Sage 50 desirable
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
* Proven attention to detail skills

* Strong customer service skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential
* Able to take initiative and solve problems
* Works well under pressure
* To be self-driven and wanting to succeed with drive and enthusiasm
