Production Shift Manager’s Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate your team to run safe, efficient production shifts.
* Monitor machinery and processes, fixing or escalating issues quickly.
* Work with engineering to minimise downtime and plan maintenance.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
* Drive improvements in performance, training, and communication across shifts.
Skills & Experience Required as a Shift Manager:
1. Leadership experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing or processing environment.
