Property Acquisitions Manager – Specialist Care & Extra-Care Development
A well-capitalised and growth-focused care provider is seeking an experienced Property Acquisitions Manager to expand its UK property portfolio. This role sits at the heart of a strategic expansion programme delivering high-quality residential environments for individuals with complex needs, including specialist care and extra-care settings.
You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and delivering new development opportunities. Working closely with operational stakeholders and external partners, you will build a robust pipeline and ensure schemes are viable, compliant and aligned with service delivery requirements.
This opportunity offers the rare combination of strong financial backing, an established operational platform, and the ability to genuinely acquire developments at scale. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in site acquisition and end-to-end development delivery, strong sector relationships, and the commercial acumen to progress opportunities from appraisal through to handover.
This is a UK wide role with some infrequent travel to a West Midlands office.
