We are seeking an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Manager to oversee compliance, risk management, and on-site safety practices during refurbishment projects in educational and healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement site-specific Health & Safety plans
*
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
*
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and other legal requirements
*
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and client representatives
*
Deliver toolbox talks and training
*
Investigate and report incidents or near misses
Requirements:
*
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
*
Proven experience in live school and hospital environments
*
Strong understanding of CDM 2015
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
