As an advocate for our residents, you will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individual needs and choices are met. Key responsibilities include:
* Medication administration and care planning
* Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
* Maintaining safeguarding principles
* Taking responsibility as Nurse in Charge
* Team management and shift planning
* Infection prevention and control
* Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
* Upholding clinical governance standards
About you:
Demonstrate compassion, dedication, and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. We support both newly qualified and experienced nurses with tailored training and development to help reach your career goals.
Essential requirements:
* A recognised Nursing qualification by the UK NMC
* Valid UK NMC PIN and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* Ability to assist residents with mobility and perform physical tasks
Additional skills include:
