JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION
In Kainos Low Code, we work with clients from the very early phases of their transformation
journey. We begin by understanding their business and identifying clear improvement
goals, then work with the full range of low code and automation technologies to execute
change.
As a Low Code Consultant Manager, you will play an important role across one or more
multi-disciplinary Low Code project teams. You will own the end-to-end delivery of
advisory work, responsible for its overall quality and maturity. You will manage the business
analysts and Low Code consultants on your project, ensuring that the processes for
analysis, requirements-gathering and prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement, are
operating effectively.
Putting people first & developing others –You'll manage, coach and develop a number
of people, with a focus on managing employee performance and assisting in their career
development, supporting a culture of wellbeing and inclusion. You will also participate in
internal communities of interest to help share and develop low code consulting practices
across Kainos.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience of working with organisations on low code, automation and operational
improvement programmes as an advisor or in a management role, developing
trusted relationships
* Responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of advisory work and takes
responsibility for output quality and maturity
* Experience leading advisory teams, ensuring the project vision and goals are
understood so that scope is managed by the team effectively
* Experience in shaping the approach taken in a range of phases of the software
development lifecycle – such as analysis, acceptance, launch and live ops
* Proven ability to direct and promote good consulting practices, across one or more
project teams
* Actively supports and builds relationships with senior project and programme level
business stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness and an active participation in revenue and sales-
generating activity (e.g. working on bids, writing sales proposals etc.)
DESIRABLE:
* Management experience in a digital services discipline such as operations analysis,
digital transformation, service design
* Proficient in a range of delivery methodologies including waterfall and Agile
approaches

• Holds relevant certification in process improvement such as Lean or Six Sigma
