Responsibilities:

Handling high-quality, pre-qualified leads and converting them into instructions

Pitching and presenting to clients, winning new business, and building strong relationships
*
Working with the latest CRMs to generate and convert leads effectively
*
Ensuring all valuations, listings, and sales processes meet strict compliance standards
*
Supporting the growth of the branch with the aim to help build and eventually manage a small team
*
Providing a consistently high level of customer service while hitting and exceeding targets

Candidate requirements:

Someone with experience as a Valuer with a strong track record in residential sales

1+ years in the industry with clear proof of performance and drive
