Your Role
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a talented and experienced DevSecOps Engineer with strong Microservices and Backend Development expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and DevOps principles, along with a solid understanding of secure software delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
* Implement and promote DevOps and DevSecOps best practices across the development lifecycle.
* Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring secure and automated deployments.
* Write high‑quality, maintainable code along with robust JUnit test cases.
* Work on MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data design and performance optimization.
* Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on the AWS cloud platform.
* Participate actively in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
* Follow ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing systems.
Your Profile
* Overall, 6-10 Years of IT experience
* Strong experience with Dev‑Ops principles
* Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
* Strong experience of writing JUnit test cases
* Good experience of MySQL database
* Good experience working with AWS platform
* Good exposure to ITIL processes which includes incident, problem, change management etc.
* Good experience using AGILE methodology
* Good to have experience in Redhat Decision Manager and DMN Rules
* Good to have experience in Spark, Tableau and Hadoop
