Job Description: Job Overview What You'll Do: You will support and contribute to the success of your assigned High Power Connectors portfolio, learning to balance growth, profitability and operational execution under the guidance of senior product managers. This role focuses on developing foundational skills in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and building collaborative relationships across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams. You will be working within AD&M's High-Power Connectors team, based in the UK. The position will have global responsibility for a portion of the High-Power Connectors portfolio and includes 10-25% travel.Support a portfolio serving mission-critical systems in commercial aerospace, defense, space and advanced mobility. This role involves learning to manage products with long service lives and rigorous customer qualification requirements across extreme operating environments including high temperatures, vibration, fluids and confined spaces.
