Our Role
As the Business Support Partner you will provide efficient, flexible and proactive support in all these areas and respond to enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
You will also actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness of the services delivered and continually look for opportunities to maximise collaborative performance enabling delivery
of business commitments and support to customers across the North West.
We Are a Multi-functional Team With Responsibility For
* Managing contracts with our expert partners, who assist with our customer support in their respective fields of expertise.
* Ensuring extra care is provided for vulnerable customers when there is power outage
* Maintaining and growing the Extra Care Register
* Providing help and advise to customers in fuel poverty
* Ongoing vulnerability awareness training for all our staff and contractors
* Innovative solutions to support customers on their journey to a fair and equitable zero carbon future
What We’re Looking For
* Degree level education and/or relevant experience
* Proven ability to co-ordinate projects or activities
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven experience in office management and financial control
* Ability to interpret and manipulate data
* Strong IT skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
* Credible and impactful stakeholder skills
* Experience and awareness of causes and impacts of vulnerability
* Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting customer interfaces
* Continuous improvement skills
