We are working with a leading regional law firm to recruit a Business Development Executive for their Preston office. The role offers the chance to develop your career, utilise your business development expertise, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team. Support strategic business development plans for the Commercial Division and understand all department services.
Plan and support business development events and key client programmes, monitoring feedback and client reviews.
Track and report business development activity, analyse competitors, and contribute to Commercial Division BD meetings.
Business-focused academic background (Business Management/Business Studies degree or similar), strong commercial awareness, and alignment with firm values.
Proven analytical, research, communication and relationship-building skills, with strong attention to detail, IT capability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of marketing/BD best practice (proposals, client engagement, events), with desirable experience in professional services BD, CRM use and strategic plan alignment.
Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
