We're recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a busy, market‑leading estate agency in Weymouth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can win business, manage a pipeline confidently, and help drive results across the branch.

Responsibilities
* Register applicants, qualify requirements, and match buyers to suitable properties
* Conduct and/or coordinate viewings and provide strong feedback to vendors
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure the best outcome
* Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion (with pipeline updates)
* Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and local networking
* Carry out market appraisals/valuations (depending on experience) and support instructions
* Maintain excellent CRM notes and ensure compliance with internal processes
* Support and mentor junior negotiators where needed and lead by example
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential estate agency (senior level)
* Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads to deals
* Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach
* Highly organised with solid pipeline management and follow‑up habits
* Commercially aware and motivated by results
* Full UK driving licence and own car (typically required)
Desirable
* Valuation experience / listing exposure
* Local knowledge of Weymouth and surrounding areas
* Estate agency qualifications (not essential)
