Monday - Friday 37.5 hours 08:00 - 16:30 Main Responsibilities: Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to project specifications Perform mechanical assembly of solar system Connect solar panels to electrical components and systems Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure proper functionality Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during installation process Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on our in-house CRM system Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Roofing or equivalent trade qualification. Working at Heights qualification (desirable) Full UK driving licence What we are looking for: Experience in domestic and/or commercial roofing. Experience working with a variety of roofing materials (tiles, slates, flat roofs, etc.) Proven experience integrating solar mounting systems with existing roofs. Understanding of roof load capacity and structural integrity when installing solar panels. Familiarity with different solar racking systems (on-roof, in-roof, flat roof mounting).
