Role Overview: As an Architectural Technologist, you will be instrumental in producing clear, concise, and detailed working drawing packages, specifications, and schedules. Your work will adhere to the highest standards, with a thorough regard for current UK Building Regulations and legislation. Proficiency in REVIT software is essential, though candidates with basic knowledge or course experience will be considered, thanks to the in-house REVIT/BIM academy available for the right candidate. Ideally, candidates will have 2-5 years of experience, though those with more or less experience will also be considered. Key Requirements: - Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation. - Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to collate and organise technical information. - Investigative skills to assess factors affecting developments, including user needs, site and building surveys, and regulatory requirements. - Capability to monitor and influence health and safety in design. - Proficiency in preparing design proposals in REVIT. - Contribution to the detailed design process and coordination of design information. - Preparation of specifications, drawings, and documents for statutory approval.
