About the Role
* Are you an organised, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Planner to join our busy warehouse team in Redditch! This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same - you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order placement to reporting. If you enjoy keeping things accurate, efficient, and moving, this could be the perfect role for you.
* What You'll Do
* You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team with a variety of administrative and planning tasks, including:
* Inputting customer orders into the WMS system and dispatching them efficiently
* Closing out job files with PODs and all required documentation
* Running reports for both customers and management
* Maintaining accurate records and files, both digital and physical
* Updating common drives and performing system checks
* Supporting stocktaking as required
* Ensuring office and system housekeeping is top-notch
* Attending training sessions to stay on top of new processes and procedures
* Reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents promptly
* Contributing to KPI updates and analysis for day-to-day operations
* Any other tasks that help keep the warehouse running smoothly
* You'll be the go-to person for keeping operations organised, accurate, and on track - a true backbone to the team.

* Accurate, timely input of data into the system
* Clear escalation of queries and issues
* Jobs closed out efficiently with all documentation completed
* Well-maintained systems and files
* Contributing to KPIs and operational reporting

Working Conditions
Monday to Friday,
08:00 - 16:30
Fast-paced office within a large warehouse environment
Your Skills & Experience
* Computer literate: MS Office, email, spreadsheets, databases
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience in a fast-paced office or warehouse environment
* Methodical, highly organised, and detail-focused
* Able to prioritise and multitask under pressure
* Flexible, proactive, and a true team player
