The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll support the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, events, and partnerships — helping build brand presence and drive engagement from first interaction to booking.
Your work will touch:
* Campaign delivery across email, website, social, print and events
* Creative collaboration with internal and external partners to develop beautifully branded assets
* Customer journey optimisation – supporting consistent and premium experiences from start to finish
* Performance tracking – reviewing results and feeding insights back into future campaigns
* Brand alignment – ensuring all comms feel polished, on-brand, and connected
About You
You're a marketing all-rounder with a passion for premium brands and a love for delivering great campaigns from end to end. You may already be in a similar role and ready to stretch, or you might be in a slightly larger team and looking for more ownership.
You’ll bring:
* 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced marketing role
* A mix of digital and offline marketing – including campaign planning and delivery
* Commercial awareness – you know what makes customers click, book, and come back
* Print experience – essential for this role
* Confidence juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and a flair for high-quality, brand-first marketing
Experience in luxury travel, lifestyle, or hospitality is a bonus – but a keen eye for branding and a desire to grow is key.
