Children's Home Registered Manager at Compass Community. Lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide outstanding care for children living in our residential homes.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team, ensuring children receive high‑quality care, positive role models, and a safe environment. Manage staff, maintain excellent Ofsted ratings, and support continuous improvement of the home.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is based on home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
* £5,000 relocation bonus for those willing to relocate.
* 224 hours holiday, increasing to 248 hours after four years.
* Additional 3.5 days leave per year (birthday, health, volunteering, festive).

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years in a relevant position overseeing residential care for children.
* At least 2 years supervising and managing staff.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Achieved a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within recent Ofsted inspections.
