Join Our Team as an Equipment Sales Specialist!
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and focus on growing Signode equipment sales within specific, targeted growth industries according to the Bullseye Segment definition. As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring the allocated region meets margin expectations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Being proactive, self-driven, and committed to developing knowledge and skills.
2. Collaborating with sales colleagues, Proposal Engineering, and Key Account teams to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Working as an integral part of the Equipment Sales team to deliver commercially responsible sales.
4. Developing industry segment application expertise and working cooperatively with internal teams.
5. Sourcing leads, converting sales, and maintaining customer relationships for Signode equipment portfolio.
6. Owning sales projects from client identification to project survey in collaboration with colleagues.
7. Recording all sales activities in CRM system and generating reports as required.
8. Achieving market penetration with a focus on the Bullseye Segment definition.
9. Contributing to the team’s sales targets achievement in defined markets.
10. Handling client queries and working in line with set processes and frameworks.

Job requirements:
1. Excellent commercial or technical knowledge, ideally with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (key account management, sales).
2. Demonstrable experience of industrial equipment sales, ideally across different countries.
3. Proven sales skills with a strategic, customer-focused approach and the ability to meet growth targets.
4. Professional English writing and speaking skills are required. A second European language fitting regional needs would be desirable.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels.
6. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Office 365 tools.
7. Frequent travel is a required part of the role.
