Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Bury Paying £18. per hr ref 22438
Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
o Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys of residential properties
o Assess building components including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, and building services
o Collect, record, and validate accurate property data using handheld devices or asset management systems
o Identify defects, health and safety risks, and compliance issues
o Provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and planned works
o Support the development of stock investment and planned maintenance programmes
o Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
o Ensure surveys are completed in line with agreed standards and timescales
o Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
o Work independently, managing your own workload and site visits
