This executive‑level role is responsible for driving growth across the Defence & Aerospace sector, shaping market strategy, and representing the organisation at senior client and industry levels. As a member of the Executive Committee, the role contributes directly to strategic direction, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development and account growth within Defence & Aerospace
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Provide market insight to shape service and product innovation
* Assure high‑quality delivery across all client engagements
* Act as Engagement Assurer with accountability for outcomes and client satisfaction
* Collaborate with executive leaders to deliver a coordinated commercial strategy
* Lead and develop high‑performing, inclusive teams
Experience & Skills
* Senior‑level experience in business development, account leadership, or consulting
* Proven track record overseeing delivery of consulting or supply chain services
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills
* Experience in Defence & Aerospace and/or established sector network desirable
* Exposure to digital, data, or technology‑enabled services advantageous
