We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our clients QHSE Manager and operational teams. This is a hands-on role that involves maintaining documentation, conducting inspections and audits, assisting with risk assessments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience or qualification in Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) Background in auditing or reporting is beneficial Familiarity with QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update QHSE documentation, policies, and training records Assist with internal and external audits and site inspections Support risk assessments and safe systems of work Help investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses Deliver health and safety inductions and toolbox talks Book and arrange training courses with approved providers Respond to customer quality-related inquiries Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Provide reports and data to managers as required Benefits: Free on-site parking Health & wellbeing Paycare scheme after probationary period 34 days holiday including bank holidays (pro-rata) Hours: Monday Thursday: 7:00am 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am 3:45pm
