Due to continued growth & investment, we are looking to recruit a LEAD TRAINING MANAGER for our retail estate (c65 sites across the UK and Republic of Ireland and c 700 retail employees).
The role of Lead Training Manager (Retail)
The Lead Training Manager is responsible for shaping, leading, and delivering the full training strategy across our retail store estate, ensuring every colleague has the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at a consistently high level. Working in close partnership with key Head Office departments, this role aligns all training activity with commercial priorities, product launches, and operational needs creating a learning culture of success.
Key focus areas
* Training implementation - including accessibility via LMS e-learning
* Training planning & calendar management
* Leadership - management and development of a field based Product Trainer
* Impact Analysis - designing tools to assess commercial impact of training, learning & development
Note: This role being predominately based 3 days a week at our Huddersfield Head office (HD5 0RH), 2 working from home as part of our head office hybrid model. Travel across the retail estate will be required where necessary with likely overnight stays.
