Experienced Children's Social Worker – Family Safeguarding Team
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £36,363 – £46,142 per annum (Grade 8/9, dependent on experience)
Locations: Burnley, Pendle & Accrington

* Deliver intervention to children and families, working as part of a multi‑agency team.
* Maintain caseloads and collaborate with domestic abuse officers, child and family practitioners, and mental health practitioners.
* Apply Motivational Interviewing and child protection best practices within the Family Safeguarding framework.
Qualifications
* Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
* Ability to drive and have a car for use in duties.
* Experience in child protection or related social work roles is preferred.
Working in the Family Safeguarding Team
The team is multidisciplinary, supporting domestic abuse officers, child and family practitioners, and mental health practitioners in delivering child in need and child protection work.
