Content Creator (Freelance / Ad Hoc)

Opportunity Summary
We’re working with an amazing agency who is increasing their content output this year as part of a wider growth strategy. Rather than hiring long-term, they are now looking to engage freelance, ad-hoc content creators on a project-by-project basis.
This is a strong opportunity for Southampton-based freelance creators, with the potential for repeat bookings.
The Role
You’ll be briefed on each project and attend a designated shopping centre location to capture content on-site. Content will be used across digital and social platforms.
This is a location-based, brief-led role, not an embedded or long-term position, ideal for freelancers who enjoy flexible, fast-paced projects.
Content Scope
* Short-form video content
* Videos ranging from 10–30 seconds
* Daily output to be agreed per brief (dependent on complexity, format, and platform)
Working Model
* Brief provided in advance
* Creator attends site (typically a shopping centre)
* Content delivered with a quick turnaround
* Engagements booked on an ad-hoc / freelance basis
Ideal Candidate
* Freelance content creators based in or near Southampton
* Strong short-form video experience
* Comfortable filming on location
* Able to work quickly and efficiently
* Flexible availability for ad-hoc bookings
