About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn. They are looking for a Commercial Lead to join their team on a £150m+ project. This opportunity is full-time site-based in City of London. You will be the lead on a mixed-use, new build project. Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Managing the upstream process
* Full commercial responsibility of the project
* Handle CVR's
* Final Accounts
* Checking monthly valuations
* Negotiating tenders
Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Live within commutable distance to City of London
* Experience leading projects valued at £100m+ is essential
* Experience in RC Frame projects is essential
* Degree in a construction related subject is ideal
