Overview
James Ray Recruitment are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants with experience of working with students with behavioural difficulties. You would work on an adhoc or long term basis in local alternative provisions.
Responsibilities
* Support vulnerable students in their learning by working with individuals or groups of students with additional needs.
* Contribute to the assessment, planning, recording, monitoring, and reporting of students’ progress.

* Be dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated
* Be able to develop positive relationships with young children
* Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
* Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
* Be a confident and clear communicator with parents
Qualifications
* NQTS/ECTS or QTS can also apply
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or be happy to apply for one)
* Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Legal right to work in the UK
