Responsibilities
* Ordering of medicines
* Invoicing and payments
* Monitoring and management of supply issues
* Stock control
* Liaise with stores and distribution department
* Prescription management within the home‑care service
* Support the medicines procurement functions, including liaising with suppliers, other departments and external customers
* Facilitate the timely reimbursement process where suppliers have not honoured contractual agreements
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in an administrative role in a similar environment
* Ability to show initiative; helpful and approachable; organised and accurate
* Good IT skills, problem‑solving and communication skills
* Willingness to work in other areas within pharmacy when required
* Commitment to support the stores area on a daily basis
