HVAC Controls Engineer

Warwick - Commutable (with site travel)

£50,000-£60,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Are you an experienced HVAC Controls Engineer looking to take ownership of projects from survey through to commissioning and handover?

On offer is an opportunity to join a growing controls and energy management specialist delivering BMS and EnMS solutions across commercial, healthcare and facilities environments.

This role combines technical delivery, project management and client engagement, working on Trend and Niagara-based systems to optimise building performance and energy efficiency.

The Role

• Deliver BMS and EnMS projects from survey to handover
• Stay aways roughly 1 week per month
• Commission, programme and optimise control systems
• Diagnose faults and improve plant performance
• Produce technical documentation and reports
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and site activities

The Person

• 5+ years' BMS experience
• Trend IQ and/or Tridium Niagara 4 experience
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge
• Project delivery experience
• Full UK driving licence
