What will the Credit Controller role involve?
Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to manage debt collection efficiently while maintaining positive rapport
Coordinating debt recovery practices across multiple regions, aligning with regional procedures and supporting new office integrations
Reviewing debtor statements, identifying at-risk accounts early, and delivering proactive solutions to mitigate overdue payments
Managing accounts on hold, making informed decisions regarding their release to optimise cash flow
Contributing to the optimisation of debt management processes by providing process insights and supporting continuous improvements
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or debt management, preferably within manufacturing or multinational environments
Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues across different regions and departments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle complex and varied processes
Comfortable working in a multicultural, open-plan office environment and adapting to regional practices
Proactive, team-oriented approach with a drive for process excellence and learning
