Position Overview
You will play a key role in providing exceptional conveyancing services to a diverse client base. You will manage a caseload spanning leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work. This position offers the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients and local estate agents while working collaboratively with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
3. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts
4. Liaise with clients, estate agents and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions
5. Contribute to the department's growth and success by delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships
Requirements
6. Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property law
7. Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
10. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
