Description
1. Manage the processing and recording of invoices in a timely manner
2. Ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system
3. Maintain vendor records and liaise with vendors when necessary
4. Assist in month-end closing activities
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
6. Support the Finance team in ad hoc projects
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Assistant should have:
1. Previous experience in Accounts Payable
2. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
3. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
