An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Science Associate to join our friendly team.
Applications are invited for the above post based in the Cellular Pathology Department at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, from suitably qualified candidates with a HND or an equivalent qualification or degree in a science-based subject.
The Department provides a service to NHS Highland and NHS Western Isles patients. The work for this post is varied and includes working on a rotational basis within Cellular Pathology. The successful candidate would also attend clinics to collect and prepare samples for fine needle aspiration.
Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and be able to work as part of a team. Full training will be provided where appropriate.
This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week, working as per service requirements.
