Family Support Worker

The team supports young people through a 7-day rota, providing crucial support during times when families and young people need assistance most. Key activities include:
* Working with young people to reduce exploitation risks through 1:1 sessions.
* Supporting families to recognize and mitigate risks.
* Collaborating with agencies to strengthen family networks for sustainable change.
* Capturing and utilizing the voices and experiences of children and young people to inform service delivery.
Person Specification:
* Must have access to own vehicle due to role requirements.
* Ability to work part of a weekend rota.
* Effective workload management and multi-tasking skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build partnership links.
* Passionate, flexible, and committed to high-quality service delivery.
* Confidence in recognizing and responding to safeguarding concerns.
