You'll be joining a well-resourced Technical Team working across live residential developments from inception through to completion.The package on offer includes a company car or car allowance, healthcare, life cover, contributory pension, performance bonus, and access to an employee benefits platform with high-street discounts and wellbeing support.In this role you'll take ownership of coordinating all technical information across a number of projects simultaneously - covering building design, specification, regulatory compliance and sustainability. You'll report into the Technical Director and work closely with external consultants, internal departments, and statutory bodies including NHBC/LABC and local authorities.Day to day you can expect to be managing the flow of technical information to keep projects on programme and within budget, monitoring the discharge of planning conditions, issuing construction drawings, and ensuring plot completions are progressed efficiently. Health and Safety compliance and supporting the Sales team with plot releases will also form part of the remit.To be considered, the ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience within a residential developer is preferred, though strong transferable experience will be considered
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and external stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence
