Role Profile
Our client is a growing business who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their site in Wymondham. With overall accountability for the driving sales and managing local and key accounts, this role will have invovlement in P&L amnagement and is an abolsute must for ambitiious sales people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop excellent relationships with current customers and grow relationships with potential new customers, ensuring a first-class service at all time
2. To lead by example and to develop a strong relationship with all members of staff within the branch and the wider group in the company
3. Responsible for managing the day to day financial performance of Branch and reporting on weekly/ monthly basis
4. Developing and implementing yearly sales plan
5. To liaise and work with the external sales team on developing and monitoring the development of current and potential customers
6. Maintaining and developing a high performing team, encouraging excellence in service
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including health & safety
Key Skills
8. Background in B2B sales
9. Engaging leadership with ability to influence at all levels and hold team to account
10. Track record of delivering results, both operationally and against sales targets
11. Ability to manage expectations and exceed goals for the team
12. Excellent customer service, with record of growing customer accounts
13. Strong IT skills
14. Willingness to travel to visit customer sites
