Job Role – Fleet Sales Manager (Working Monday to Friday!)
Job Location – Tonbridge / Sevenoaks on the Kent / Sussex border
Salary – OTE 45 – 50k
Fleet Sales Manager Role:Driving the performance of the Fleet department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectivesControlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordinglyResponsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the departmentCustomer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the positionAs a Fleet Sales Manager:You must have previous experience working in a Fleet / LBDM / Business Development roleHave a passion for success and achieving your objectivesBe organised individual who can prioritise workload effectivelyHave experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the departmentBe an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamicPossess excellent customer service skills
