SEND Teaching Assistant - Blackpool Area
Location: Blackpool
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Pay: £106 per day

We are looking for dedicated SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join schools across the Blackpool area. This rewarding, full-time, term-time role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.
What You'll Do:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including complex needs
* Assist with personal care where required
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Support teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to implement learning activities
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Term-time only
Pay:
* £106 per day
About You:
* Experience in support work, care work, or a similar role is highly desirable
* Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is valued
* Comfortable providing personal care when needed
* Patient, compassionate, and resilient
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
