* Plan, execute, and manage multiple IT projects within scope, time, and budget.
* Ensure alignment with programmeobjectivesand strategic outcomes.
Governance & Compliance
* Establish andmaintain governance frameworks for projects.
* Ensure adherence toStrategy and Transformationstandards,tools,processesand compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
* Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly and regularly.
* Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
* Track costs and benefits to ensure value delivery.
Change & Adoption
* Drive readiness and adoption ofnew technologiesand processes.
* Minimise disruption and embed change effectively across teams.
Community & Capability Building
* Contribute to the Portfolio and Programme Management (PPM) community, fostering continuous learning and career progression.
* Coach and mentor project teams to embed a high-performing culture aligned with organisational values.
Operational Responsibilities
* Maintainaccuraterole assignments and project documentation.
* Support governance reporting and ensuretimelyupdates in project management tools.
