Sous Chef
to join its kitchen team. Offering both full-time and part-time hours, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
* Preparing and cooking dishes using a combination of fresh and frozen ingredients
* Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all meals
* Leading and motivating the team in the Head Chef's absence
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Assisting in training and supporting junior kitchen staff
Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong CDP ready to progress
* Comfortable working with both fresh and frozen food within a branded kitchen structure
* Organised, calm under pressure, and a team player
* Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, stock control, and food safety
