Customer Service Representative – Milton Keynes
Newstaff Employment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.21 to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (flexibility available)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (after 8 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
2. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Provide clear information about products and services
5. Work closely with colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Support the development of customer service processes and procedures
7. Identify ways to improve the overall customer experience
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Previous experience in a customer service role
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment
12. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
13. Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
