Duties:
6. Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
7. Manage and develop technicians and support staff through coaching and training

9. Control costs and optimise profit margins within the service department
10. Foster a customer-focused culture, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed professionally
11. Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and health and safety regulations
12. Keep management informed of performance metrics, industry trends, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
13. Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar Aftersales managerial role
14. Strong technical knowledge combined with leadership and management training
15. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, staff, and vendors
16. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of service
17. Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving departmental targets
