Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and confident HLTA to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in West London. You’ll be working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning, provide cover when needed, and support pupils across a range of subjects.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading small-group and whole-class sessions when required
* Supporting teaching and learning across all key stages
* Helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions
* Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
What we’re looking for:
* HLTA status or significant experience as a TA with a willingness to progress
* Confidence in leading sessions and managing behaviour effectively
* Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
* A proactive and reliable approach to supporting children’s learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
