This is an exciting opportunity for a storyteller who understands how to connect creativity with commercial strategy; someone who can bring ideas to life, build community, and drive measurable growth through content that truly resonates.
As Content Manager, you'll own the full content lifecycle; from planning and production to optimisation and performance analysis. You'll work across social, web, email, and video platforms to ensure every piece of content tells a cohesive brand story and engages the right audience at the right time.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and deliver a clear, results-driven content strategy that supports wider marketing and business goals.
* Build and manage detailed content calendars, ensuring campaigns and posts are delivered on schedule.
* Oversee or create high-quality written, visual, and video content across all platforms.
* Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all channels - from social media to email.
* Apply SEO best practices to increase organic reach and optimise discoverability.
* Use analytics tools to measure engagement, conversions, and ROI, refining strategy based on insights.
* Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, blogs, and paid media platforms.
* Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Engage directly with online communities, fostering loyalty and meaningful interaction.
About You:
* Proven experience in content management or digital marketing, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
* Strong creative direction and storytelling ability with exceptional writing skills.
* Confident managing social channels and understanding engagement algorithms.
* Analytical mindset - comfortable working with insights from Google Analytics, Meta, or similar tools.
* Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Basic design/video editing knowledge (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or CapCut).
* A proactive self-starter who combines creativity with commercial focus.
