What You’ll Need Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Experience as a Registered Manager in an elderly residential setting. A proven track record with CQC, achieving Good or Outstanding ratings. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Deep understanding of dementia care, person-centred approaches and safeguarding. What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring exceptional care and smooth operations. Drive quality improvements and maintain strong compliance with CQC standards. Inspire, mentor and develop your team to achieve the highest levels of practice.
