About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Affiliate Manager to lead the affiliate channel for our fast-growing eCommerce wellness brand, focused on collagen-based products. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the affiliate program - driving growth through strategic partnerships, innovative campaigns, and performance optimisation. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach across wellness, beauty, and lifestyle audiences while working independently to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own the affiliate marketing channel, setting the strategy and roadmap for sustainable growth.
Grow and scale the program by recruiting new affiliates, wellness influencers, content creators, and strategic partners.
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis and continuous testing.
Manage key relationships across affiliate networks and platforms.
Collaborate with creative and brand teams to deliver high-converting assets that align with our product and messaging strategy.
Oversee tracking, reporting, and commission structures to ensure seamless operations.
Identify trends in the health, beauty, and wellness space to develop timely, relevant partnership campaigns.
Own affiliate budgeting, forecasting, and regular performance reporting for internal stakeholders.
Ensure all activity aligns with our brand values, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
~4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in eCommerce wellness/beauty brands.
~ Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate programs with a strong cost-efficiency focus.
~ Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution models and performance platforms.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
~ Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently while driving a key revenue channel.
Nice to Have
Background in fast-paced DTC or startup environments.
Familiarity with collagen, supplements, or wellness product categories.
