Payroll Officer
Hours: average of 25 hours per week over a 4-week period
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks paid holiday

About the Role:
We are a charity providing payroll for clients who employ Personal Assistants to provide for their care needs.
We are looking for Payroll Officer to become part of our payroll team, processing payroll and supporting our clients with their employers responsibilities.
Main Duties:
Processing 4–weekly Payroll including wages payments, statutory payments, Tax & NI, any other deductions, etc.
Providing clients & funding providers with payroll reports.
Supporting clients & funding providers with payroll related queries.
Bank reconciliations for clients using our Managed Banking Service.
Requirements:
Previous Payroll experience is essential (payroll software training will be provided).
Office based – average of 5 hours per day between the hours of 8am-5pm.
Work as part of a team.
Additional Information:
Must be willing to be flexible in working hours to meet the needs of AILN services.
