We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Team Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team on a temporary full-time contract until 31st March 2026. This role offers the benefits of hybrid working and is based at our office in Wishaw. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
You will support members of the Customer Experience Team and help the organization deliver a service that provides the best outcomes for both customers and the business.
You must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to perform a variety of administrative duties and demands. Being highly organized and able to work in a structured way is essential.
You should be a great listener who can develop strong relationships with our customers by ensuring we do what we say we will.

Trust operates a blended/hybrid working approach, allowing you to work flexibly from both remote locations ('home') and the office ('office') as preferred. The base for this role is our office in Wishaw, and you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week from the office as the business requires.
