Join to apply for the Client Account Manager role at Marston Holdings (NSL). The purpose of this role is to manage the on-going relationship and operational delivery of services to our client, ensuring SLA’s, KPI’s and budgets are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will be managing approximately 100 colleagues and will be in regular contact with one of our prestigious clients.
Responsibilities

* Ensure SLA’s, KPI’s and budgets are met or exceeded.
* Lead and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
What you need to be a Client Account Manager
* Experience of managing Profit & Loss accounts.
* Ability to deliver contractual KPIs through the management of the operational team.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team.
* Experience of recruiting, managing performance reviews and dealing with HR related issues.
* Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage/oversee projects.
* Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and problem solving.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Excellent customer service skills through both written and verbal communication.
* Target-driven.
* Driving license is desirable.
* Knowledge of the parking industry and legislation is NOT necessary, although a basic understanding prior to interview is expected.
