The HR team is responsible for supporting all our workforce to achieve the Trust vision and values. As a Trust we are on a journey to embed a restorative culture and it is vital our practice reflects this. You will also support a variety of projects which will be determined by the current priorities in our People Strategy. You will be a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) or have equivalent experience working at a senior level in the NHS or demonstrable transferable knowledge in a relevant environment (large scale complex organisation). If you are a member of the CIPD and do not hold a masters degree in HRM but feel you can demonstrate equivalent level experience we would ask that you demonstrate your experience against the chartered member level of the people profession map (specifically in relation People Practice in core knowledge & Employee relations & policy in Specialist knowledge) in your application.
