Job overview Join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Adult Inpatient & Urgent Care – Care Groups. Are you a skilled HR professional ready for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced HR professional to work as a business partner in our clinical care groups. The role of a HRBP is critical to achieving our objectives of ensuring we have an inclusive culture where people have the right skills and values to make a positive impact. You will have the autonomy to work with your care groups management team shaping the people priorities that will make a difference, but with a supportive team and People Strategy to ensure we focus on the longer term impact of our work. The base for this role can be negotiated and the role will work in line with our hybrid working arrangements, allowing flexibility to suit you and your other commitments. If you are interested in finding out more please drop me a line to arrange a chat and learn more about this exciting opportunity [email protected] Advert You will be an integral part of the senior leadership team within your care groups, developing effective working relationships, negotiating and influencing in order to support the achievement of the People Strategy and Trust objectives. The HR team is responsible for supporting all our workforce to achieve the Trust vision and values. As a Trust we are on a journey to embed a restorative culture and it is vital our practice reflects this. You will also support a variety of projects which will be determined by the current priorities in our People Strategy. You will be a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) or have equivalent experience working at a senior level in the NHS or demonstrable transferable knowledge in a relevant environment (large scale complex organisation). If you are a member of the CIPD and do not hold a masters degree in HRM but feel you can demonstrate equivalent level experience we would ask that you demonstrate your experience against the chartered member level of the people profession map (specifically in relation People Practice in core knowledge & Employee relations & policy in Specialist knowledge) in your application.
